cooling their red wines and some of their
vines are organically grown and the rest

grapes are ripe.
These wineries have 49 own vineyards, 600
french oak barrels, 800 american oak, 75%
of national market and 25% international. Its
average preparation year is 200,000 liters
of wine produce are Red, Reserve, Red -
Breeding and Signature wine.
The main objective of the Sajazarra Castle
cellars is consumer enjoyment. Develop easy
drinking wines, but also complex and elegant,
