Ingredients

• Iberian prey • Trompeta de la mort • Builed egg
• Manchego cheese • Mushrooms • Flour
• Iberiam ham • Onions • Grated bread
• Asparagus • Duck Foie • Oil, salt, pepper and amagnac


Production
• Cut 2 prey slices and 1 cheese slice and the ham.
• Fry mushrooms and asparagus with foie.
• Season it with salt and pepper and flamb it with amagnac.
• Place the prey slices and the cheese slice on the ham.
• Full it with the sautéed and roll it.
• Coat it with flour, whipped egg and grated bread and fry it in aboundant oil.
