in Manchego Cheese D.O. we are the frst
makers of handmade Manchego cheese with
designation, I mean, we make our cheeses
with raw sheep milk from La Mancha, from
our own ranching which has all the controls
and health records needed to get a quality
product. Our ranching has the latest system
and the most advanced technology of market,
what together with our quality certifcates in
ISO 9001 and ISO 2200, and the large list of
awards gotten by our cheese «Marantona»
lets us offer you a top quality product, worthy
of the best gourmets.
Between our products we stand out our
mature cheese cured during 10 or 12
months, and our old cheese cured during 18
months, we also have a tender cheese, semi-
mature, cured in oil, etc.
